On Aug. 15, shortly before noon, police arrested Kevin Charles Pyles outside his Glendale home after the 32-year-old allegedly threatened to target Sha’arei Shalom Congregation, a Phoenix synagogue. Pyles is charged with one count of making and communicating a terrorism threat, a class 3 felony, and computer tampering, a class 5 felony.
