CHARLESTON — A Logan County man was arrested Monday in Charleston after police say he distributed antisemitic flyers in several hotel parking lots and performed a Nazi salute at authorities.

According to a criminal complaint, Jeremy Harris, 27, of Davin was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct after placing offensive flyers on cars at the Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn Express, and the Best Western/Quality Inn hotels in Charleston. Police say the flyers contained material blaming the Jewish faith for the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, gun control, and the LGBTQ community. (Editors note: by this description we can confirm these are GDL flyers).

Meet GDL member Caleb John Downs aka “Hissing Possum” and “Wokie Okie” of Tulsa and Collinsville, Oklahoma, a Proud Boy turned full Nazi who now makes trashy cover songs with lyrics about lynching minorities.

Caleb Downs was previously publicly identified for his activity in the White Lives Matter (WLM) scene and now appears to be active with the Goyim Defense League (GDL).

Philip Matthew Jacobs of Bremen, GA is an active member of the neo-Nazi organization Goyim Defense League. In January, 2022, Philip and his wife Hilary Jacobs were charged with littering distributing GDL flyers in Georgia from a white Mazda sedan. The couple participated in an antisemitic demonstration outside the East Cobb Synagogue on June 24, 2023, as well as the 2024 Nashville “Name The Nose” hate tour. David Aaron Bloyed AKA “Schwetty Balls” (Desoto, TX)

59-year old David Aaron Bloyed of Desoto, TX is an active member of the neo-Nazi organization Goyim Defense League. Bloyed has distributed Nazi flyers, participated in hate marches alongside Blood Tribe, held antisemitic signs outside of the Dallas Holocaust Museum, and given overtly antisemitic remarks at Fort Worth City Council. Within the GDL, Bloyed uses the alias “Schwetty Balls.”

Bloyed was arrested by the FBI on September 19th for threatening to kill Nashville District Attorney Glenn Funk in the GDL Telegram chat and on the far-right social media network Gab.

Jeffrey Erik Perrine AKA “Unapologetically White” (Middleton, ID)

Jeff Perrine is a street fighting neo-Nazi originally with the Sacramento Proud Boys. Perrine eventually linked up with the Goyim Defense League and attended the 2024 Nashville Name The Nose Your. Perrine now lives in Middleton, Idaho and likely works as a painter alongside his Nazi merch businesses.
